The Mountain. Kunanyi. Hobart.

Author: mark's travel notes

I am an experienced trekker and hiker. I enjoy taking photographs and travelling. I prefer wilderness and remote places. Travel often as much as I can. Prefer off-season as less people around. Winter is always a great time. Happy to share local knowledge about the beautiful island of Tasmania. I support humanitarian and Human Rights causes and spend much of my time working pro-bono for and in developing countries.

  1. Hi Mark, That path could take a lesson from some in Nepal. Wouldn’t fancy walking on it but it adds lovely texture to the photo. I like the food photo that has popped up in the header ( with the egg shell and apple peel- just in case its one that changes.Branching out to food photography ?) Louise

  2. Agree re the path. Also no donkeys yaks or dust.
I’ve resisted food photography so far. 😬Put off by those who take food photos in restaurants and post on Instagram. All the best.
