Trekking in Nepal is rejuvenating and can be meditative.

I am an experienced trekker and hiker. I enjoy taking photographs and travelling. I prefer wilderness and remote places. Travel often as much as I can. Prefer off-season as less people around. Winter is always a great time. Happy to share local knowledge about the beautiful island of Tasmania. I support humanitarian and Human Rights causes and spend much of my time working pro-bono for and in developing countries. View all posts by mark's travel notes
Great shot. I wish had this shot. I have it looking down but not looking up. I was too busy concentrating on not breaking my ankle. I think it’s on the way to Tengboche not far from Namche. Am I right?

I had not heard. Yes – the roads are very dangerous here. Such a poor country.

It’s a bit like life. If we take one step at a time and slow down we live richer lives. Yes. It is like meditation. Trekking is my meditation.

Couldn’t agree more. And yes I can see that it’s your meditation.
